In the past three years, this division has grown tremendously. Stumar currently represents a number of famous trademark holders across the country and internationally. Our team has been involved in the identification of key infringers nationwide and has assisted in the identification and seizure of millions of dollars of counterfeit products. Stumar maintains an ongoing relationship with law enforcement while systematically disseminating this problem.   

We coordinate a wide range of solutions by implementing service of cease and desist letters, criminal actions, civil suits and seizure. Our agency also conducts investigations into prior use of trademarks and patent infringements. We work closely with U.S. Customs and foreign governments in an effort to lessen the influx of grey market and imports and exports.   

In addition, a principal of the agency was formally on the Board of Directors of the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition (IACC) and lectures frequently on counterfeiting topics to law enforcement agencies, corporations and trade groups.
