    of violating the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by trafficking in thousands of prepaid
    wireless telephones. Majed, who was arrested by FBI agents on November 22, 2009, pled
    guilty to illegally circumventing technological protections that are built into TracFone prepaid
